With a strong focus on Norwegian food culture, the restaurant is especially inspired by Western agriculture. Focussing on local ingredients and historical-cultural references in the use of food, dishes, cutlery and decanters, RESTAURANT 1877 manage the heritage in the Meat Bazaar of Bergen.
